La Lourde, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of €20,000, is registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register. Specializing in the sale of interior doors and associated accessories, our offer is aimed at both individuals and professionals, with a clear distinction in our commercial approach to best meet their specific needs.

Our product line includes melamine, lacquered, wood veneered doors, as well as accessories such as handles, door stops, locks, and hinges. Transactions with professionals for orders over €5,000 excluding VAT are processed on the basis of deposits of 50% of the order, thus guaranteeing a secure commitment by both parties. The remaining 50% must be paid before the start of delivery of the order.

We also have an accessible showroom for a direct shopping experience, allowing our customers to discover the quality of our products in person

2. Purpose:

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions under which La Lourde offers and sells its products to its customers, whether individuals or professionals. They apply exclusively to all sales concluded by La Lourde, both via the e-commerce website intended for individuals, and through direct sales channels to professionals, including orders by telephone and email.

The purchase of products or services from La Lourde implies the unreserved acceptance by the customer of these GTC, which prevail above all other customer documents, and in particular over any general conditions of purchase, unless an express and prior derogatory agreement is granted by our company.

La Lourde reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be applicable as soon as they are put online for any purchase after this online publication.

3. Products and services

La Lourde offers for sale a wide range of interior doors (melaminated, lacquered, wooden veneered) and accessories (handles, door stops, locks, and hinges), intended for both individuals and professionals. We also offer the possibility of placing custom orders, allowing our customers to acquire personalized products that precisely meet their needs and specifications.

Custom orders: Custom orders are made according to the specifications provided by the customer. Because of their personalized nature, these orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, which states that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

The availability of our standard and personalized products is indicated on our website for individuals, and by direct communication for professionals. In the event of temporary unavailability of a standard product, the customer will be informed of the foreseeable delivery times as soon as the order is taken.

4. prix

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The delivery costs are communicated to the customer before the final validation of the order and are invoiced in addition. La Lourde reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of your order. Professionals benefit from preferential rates, reflecting our commitment to supporting commercial and professional activities. 5. Order online

To make an online purchase, the customer can select one or more products and add them to their basket. The validation of the order on our website implies the acceptance of the GTC, the recognition of having full knowledge of them, and the renunciation of relying on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. • Hardware : All accessories and hardware (handles, door stops, locks, and hinges) are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects.

• Doors: Our interior doors benefit from an extended 5-year warranty, covering defects such as buckling or cracks that may appear over time.

To benefit from these guarantees, it is essential that the installation of the products is carried out in accordance with the instructions provided in our installation videos available on our site. Failure to follow these installation guidelines may affect warranty validity.

Complaint procedure

We could also not be held responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of the misuse of the purchased product. LaLourde's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at the date of sale, with no possibility of recourse against the brand or the company producing the product.
